Welcome to FusionHub SMP! By using our server and store, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining or making purchases on FusionHub SMP, you agree to follow these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and server rules. If you do not agree, you may not access the server or make purchases.

2. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for your account, including security and login credentials.
  • Sharing accounts or purchasing services for third parties is at your own risk.
  • FusionHub is not responsible for lost items, ranks, or purchases due to account sharing or compromise.

3. Purchases & Refunds

  • All purchases, including ranks, packages, keys, and in-game items, are non-refundable unless legally required.
  • Purchases apply only to the server selected at checkout. Items, ranks, or perks do not transfer between servers.
  • FusionHub reserves the right to modify or remove purchasable items at any time.

4. Behavior & Conduct

  • Players must act respectfully and fairly. Harassment, cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics is strictly prohibited.
  • Violation of server rules may result in temporary or permanent bans, regardless of purchases made.

5. Server & Service Disclaimer

  • FusionHub SMP is provided “as is”. We are not liable for downtime, technical issues, or loss of items.
  • Ranks, items, and perks do not guarantee in-game advantage beyond the advertised features.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • All content, including server builds, plugins, logos, and store items, remain the property of FusionHub.
  • Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of server content is prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms

  • FusionHub reserves the right to update or modify the Terms of Service at any time.
  • Updated TOS will be posted publicly, and continued use of the server or store constitutes acceptance of the changes.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of FusionHub’s operation.
  • Any disputes will be resolved according to these laws.
